Do you take the old appliance away?

Yes, on request. Confirm when you book so we bring the right kit and trolley. There's a small disposal fee for white goods.

What about gas hobs?

Gas hobs need a Gas Safe registered engineer. Tell us it's a gas install when you book and we'll match you to one.

Do you make the plumbing and waste connections?

Yes. Standard washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge water-line installs include the supply and waste connection. If the connection point in your kitchen isn't ready — no isolation valve, no waste tail — your pro will tell you up front and quote the work to bring it up to spec.

Can you fit an integrated appliance behind a panel?

Yes — integrated dishwashers, fridges, and washing machines are all in scope. We'll need the door panel and fixings from the kitchen supplier.
